How do I download a Digital Signature Certificate?

Inorder to download the certificate you will receive an auto-generated email from us containing your download credentials. There are two ways to download the Digital Signature Certificate 1. emClick 2. emBridge
Steps to Download emClick:
i. Login to www.emudhra.com and click on the DSC Portal button from the home page
ii. Go to Customers from the header menu and click on Download Certificate
iii.Install and Run emClick Application
iv. Enter the application number and your the challenge code received on your registered mobile number
v. Verify the information information provided and click Yes
vi. Enter the USB token password
vii. Click Agree to Download
Steps to Download emBridge:
i. Login to www.emudhra.com and click on the DSC Portal button from the home page
ii. Go to Customers from the header menu and click on Download Certificate
iii. Choose emBridge and proceed to "Browser"
iv. Now Download and install. Once all the steps are complete re-visit www.e-mudhra.com and go to Download Certificate. You will be directed to your download login page.

How to renew DSC?

As per CCA guidelines, renewal of digital signatures requires fresh identity verification. Go ahead and renew your digital signature certificate in a few simple steps. Click on Renew Certificate to get started.

How do I buy crypto token?

To purchase a USB crypto token :
i. Visit emudhradigital.com and click on the Buy Token menu.
ii. You do have an option to choose the token based on your Operating System, Windows/MAC.
iii.Post your selection, fill in the billing information, check your product summary and proceed to pay. Once the steps are complete you will receive a Purchase reference number and the token will be delivered to your registered shipping address.

Paperless DSC Issuance

This facility is enabled for applying Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) in a paperless manner using "PAN" OR "Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC" for Indian Nationals and Local Goverment issued ID proof and Address Proof for Foreign Nationals.

Steps to enroll with GST

In order to use DSC on a GST website follow the below steps:
Step1: Click on register/update DSC
Step2: Select the Authorized Signatory and click on Update then click Continue
Step3: Select the Authorized Signatory DSC >>Click on sign
Your DSC will be updated in the GST portal.

Steps to enroll with MCA

To register and use your DSC on MCA portal, follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Help & FAQS >>Click on Downloading and Installing the web socket and install emSigner
Step2: Under MCA services select Associate DSC
Step3: Select Designation, fill in the required information and select the certificate
Your DSC will be updated in the MCA portal.

Steps to enroll with Income Tax

To register and use your DSC on the Income Tax website, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Log in to the e-Filing portal using your user ID and password.
Step 2: Go to My Profile page on the Dashboard.
Step 3: Click Register DSC, found on the left side of your screen.
Step 4: Enter the email ID linked with the DSC token
Step 5: Select the Provider and Certificate and you will be able to register and use your DSC on the Income Tax website.

Tender Portals

In order to use your Digital Signature Certificate on Tender portals, please contact the website to register/map the new certificate tender or e-procurement website. Note: It will take 24 hours for a newly downloaded certificate to reflect in the e-procurement portal.

Steps to use DSC on EPFO website

You can use Digital Signature Certificate on EPFO website by following the steps below:
Step1: Login to EPFO website and click on establishment
Step2: Click on DSC/esign and enter the required details (Authorized signatory name, Designation, mobile number)>> click on Submit
Step3: Once JAVA is loaded, select the certificate and click on Register.
